Adjustable Billet Aluminum Heat Sink Engine Mount (61158) - This adjustable, billet aluminum machined engine mount is stronger than the stock HPI Savage cast piece, looks better, and helps dissipate more heat through it's machined fins. It is machined from solid blocks of aluminum instead of being a weaker cast piece like the stock engine mount. This mount is designed for pull start engines, and is a great upgrade for the stock engine and for many other engines. Check out the other HPI Savage Parts pages to see the powerful engine upgrades that we offer for the Savage. PLEASE NOTE: We discovered that this adjustable engine mount will NOT work with the Force 25 or Force 26 engines. Be sure to do the research necessary to see if your specific engine application will work with this mount. This billet machined aluminum mount works great with many engines like the 21BB, S-25, Hyper 21 8 Port, and others. This is a great upgrade by itself or along with the 61186 Billet Machined Aluminum Heat Sink Engine Plate (listed below) to not only improve the "cool" factor of your HPI Savage, but also to help pull away more heat from you hard working engine. This additional heat sink capacity could be helpful if your Savage sees a lot of low speed off-road driving (like climbing and maneuvering through rough terrain) were the engine cooling head does not get a lot of high speed air flowing across it.

Machined Billet Aluminum Heat Sink Engine Plate (61186) - Here's another one of the hpi savage hop ups that can complement the 61158 heat sink engine mount. This very "cool" billet aluminum mount not only looks great but it also provides additional heat sink area to help transfer away more heat from your engine. This additional heat sink capacity could be helpful if your Savage sees a lot of low speed off-road driving (like climbing and maneuvering through rough terrain) were the engine cooling head does not get a lot of high speed air flowing across it.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have the GPM Titanium Main Drive Shafts or plan to get them, then please read this... We had a customer contact us with some feedback about this engine plate and the GPM Titanium Main Drive Shafts. Apparently, there was a little bit of interference between the GPM Titanium Main Drive Shafts and the a few of the fins on this engine plate. The customer used a Dremel to knock off the corners of a few of the fins to make room for the GPM drive shafts. It can be made to fit fine, but it will require a little work with a Dremel or file.

Heavy Duty Composite Clutch Shoes (61159) - Heavy duty clutch shoes are another one of the popular hpi savage parts to upgrade. Replace the stock HPI shoes with these Hot Bodies composite shoes designed to offer better grip. Upgraded clutch shoes are especially important if you've got a powerful engine - whether it be the stock 21BB, S-25, or a more powerful upgraded engine. Make the most of whatever engine you have and make sure the power is being transmitted to the wheels instead of just being wasted in a slipping clutch! This clutch upgrade kit comes complete with new springs. Check out the powerful engine upgrades that we offer on our other HPI Savage Parts pages.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have sold a LOT of these clutch shoes and we have heard of a few people having problems with the shoes breaking during installation (or shortly afterwards when running their Savage). The Hot Bodies springs are considerably stronger and have much more spring force than the stock Savage clutch springs. The heavier/stronger Hot Bodies springs could make installation tougher and it could make damaging the clutch shoes easier. That is why some people may have broke their shoes during installation by trying to force the stronger springs into place. It is probably very likely that even some of the people that had the HB shoes break later during operation could have damaged the shoes during installation and then the shoes later failed in operation. Failures like cracks or breakage usually occur at points of stress concentration. If a clutch shoe was scratched our gouged during installation, it can make it much more likely to fail later in that area because of the stress concentration build up that can occur there. All this to say, please be careful when trying to install these new clutch shoes and stronger springs! We have not tried this yet, but we have wondered how the lighter stock clutch springs would work with the heavy duty Hot Bodies clutch shoes?? Since we have not tried this ourselves, we can not say for sure how it would work. It does seem like the clutch shoes would be less likely to be damaged with the easier to install, lighter stock clutch springs. We only mention all this to help our customers. Since we haven't tried this yet, this is all only "food for thought" for our customers to think about.

Dagger 5 Blade Chrome Wheels, pair (61164) - The Hot Bodies Dagger wheel is very good looking chromed 5 blade wheel. It has an aggressive looking 5 blade/spoke design. This will will work with standard HPI Savage & T-Maxx tires and also the new Hot Bodies Massive Truck Tire. These wheels will also fit on T-Maxx. Comes in a pack of 2 wheels. Obviously doesn't include the tires!

Massive Truck Tires (61162) - These are the HUGE Hot Bodies Massive Truck Tires. These larger upgrade tires will gear up your Savage for more top speed potential. They will also give you more "rock crushing" ground clearance. These are an easy way to gear up your HPI Savage after upgrading to a more powerful engine like the MASSIVE Force 25 Big Block engine (see other pages of our Savage Upgrades). These tires will also fit T-MAXX.
