The Associated Monster GT truck is another BIG contender in the growing battle of the monster trucks. The Associated Monster GT project code name of BFT is very appropriate. Bigger, Faster, Tougher.
Powerful Monster GT Thunder Tiger Big Block .21 engine produces around 2.1HP @ 31,000 RPM! Dual stage foam air filter protects the powerful BFT engine. Associated Monster GT has an extremely strong and rigid aluminum extruded chassis. The MGT chassis design and layout offers superior protection for differentials. Associated Monster GT BFT has incredible ground clearance! Monster GT comes equipped with big universal drive axles. The Associated Monster GT has a 2 speed forward/reverse transmission. A disc type slipper clutch protects the Monster GT transmission and driveline. Ball bearings help the Associated BFT move with minimal friction. MGT has long travel 4 wheel independent A-arm suspension. 8 oil filled shocks help control the Monster GT suspension movement. MGT comes equipped with 3 channel Ace Jaguar radio system. High torque Ace S1807 metal gear steering servo direct the massive BFT wheels. Innovative dual pick up fuel tank that allows MGT to run upside down! Powerful disc brake controls the incredible momentum of the huge MGT. Monster GT shocks & wheels are compatible with widely available T-MAXX parts. Wheels/tires for the HPI Savage should also work on the MGT since they share the same center hub design as the T-MAXX. The Associated Monster GT BFT has HUGE 6.75" tall x 3.5" wide tires!
